The Baby Trend® Resort Elite Nursery Center is the must-have accessory to your nursery. The removable Safe Surround changing table and the diaper stacker helps make changing time easy. The lightweight napper with canopy includes a music/vibration unit and it conveniently converts to a stand-alone rocker.

Remove the full-size bassinet as your child grows to use as a play yard for playtime and quiet time. The caster wheels provide easy mobility when moving from room to room. The nursery center easily collapses to a compact fold for travel and storage.
