Shipping with Baby Thrift

We can get you your goods in three ways:

  • Courier: Knutsford Express
  • The delivery fee is paid at the time of pick up.
  • A $2000 flat fee will be applied at checkout for oversized items*
  • Delivery Areas**: Shipped to most parishes. Select a pickup location at checkout.
  • Order(s) will be processed within the same day if placed before 10:00 am or up to 2 business days from the order date.
  • Order(s) arrive typically between 1-3 business days from order processing.
  • Tracking Information will be emailed via a shipping confirmation at the time of order processing
  • Pick up Location: Office, Kingston 10
  • ID is required for pick up.
  • Items will be available up to 3 business days from the order date and can be picked up any time during the location’s open hours.
  • You will be notified when your order is available for pick up – orders must be picked up within 5 business days of notification.
  • Provided by local carriers in Kingston.
  • Delivery to Kingston addresses only.
  • Delivery to Central Kingston addresses only.
  • Delivery to your door for a $2000 flat fee.
  • Once you select Kingston Delivery, a member of Team Baby Thrift will be in touch with additional tracking details.
  • All orders will be shipping on Saturdays only.

* Oversized Items

There are shipping restrictions on bulky products like travel systems, cribs, dressers, large outdoor play items and rockers.  To determine if the item you’re interested in can be shipped to you, enter your postal code on the Product Details Page and follow the prompts.

Baby Thrift offers island-wide shipping on most products.  In certain circumstances, in remote locations, our customer care team may reach out to you regarding shipping a product where an additional $2000 flat fee will apply.  If you live in a remote location and are ordering an oversized item we will charge an additional $3500 flat fee.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email address on file. Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info via email.  If you’ve selected a pick-up location, you will be notified when your order is available for pick up – all orders must be picked up within 5 days of notification.
