Brand New Item is unused, will be in original packaging and/or have the tags still on it and show no signs of ANY use. Packaging may be damaged. 10
Open Box Item is unused. Box has been opened and item may or may not have been removed. Flaws, if any, will be minor. The original box may not be included. 9
Barely Used Item will show minimal signs of use and may not have the original packaging or tags. 8
Gently Used Item may show some signs of use, like minor scratches, scuffs, fading or wear, but will still be in perfect working order (e.g. battery-operated functions all work properly), unless otherwise noted in the comments and/or pictures. All parts are present 7-6
Loved Item shows signs of wear in the form of tears, fabric stains or fading, and may be missing pieces. Some features or functions may not be working properly, but if the item is not working properly it will be noted. 5
