Do you only sell used items?
Baby Thrift specializes in the sale of pre-owned baby gear, items may be new or used.
When will I receive my order:
Our sellers receive payment within 24-48 hrs of shipment. Payment is made via bank transfer to the banking details provided during registration.
How will I receive my purchase?
Baby Thrift ships/ delivers your purchases within 1-3 days of payment. See our shipping information here.
What are my payment options?
Payment is accepted via debit or credit card using our payment gateway at checkout.
Can I do Cash on Delivery?
Based on our business model, we are not able to accept cash on delivery as a payment option. Our sellers are located islandwide, items are only relocated on the basis of a confirmed purchase.
How do I know the condition of an item?
Baby Thrift has a full transparency policy. The condition of each item is listed on the product page along with any other noteworthy details listed in the description.
How do I get in touch with you about a question I have?
The fastest way to connect with us is by Whatsapp. The Baby Thrift team will respond to all selling inquiries within 3 business days, and all customer care & general inquiries in 1-2 business days.
Are items cleaned?
All items are required to be cleaned by Sellers prior to its sale and delivery. We do however recommend that items be prepped and cleaned personally for your little one.
When does the site update inventory?
At Baby Thrift we receive inventory from sellers daily. This means you can look forward to seeing new items on the site as much as everyday.
How are the prices of items determined?
Prices are determined by a number of factors including the item’s current market value, its condition and age

How is pricing on my items determined?
Our baby gear experts use a combination of experience, current market value and the condition of the item to suggest a selling price you are comfortable with.
How do I get paid?
Our sellers receive payment within 10 days of the sale. Payment is made via bank transfer to the banking details provided during registration.
How much will I earn?
Sellers are able to earn up to an 80% payout on the sale of their items.
What if my item doesn't sell?
Our team researches the best way to position your item to secure a sale. If your item does not sell within 3-4 weeks, our team will suggest a price drop to reintroduce your gear at a more attractive deal.
How will my item be collected?
Our team will reach out to notify you of the sale of your item to coordinate its drop off or delivery to us by you.
Can I sell all my childs items?
Baby Thrift specializes in gears towards the first years of your baby’s life (ages 0-3 months). All related items are vetted and approved or declined based on our acceptance and safety conditions. Check out gear not applicable for sale here
